Exchanges & Returns 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us! We will do everything we can to work together and find a solution. (Tree's Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages). 

Shipping Timeline

All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of your purchase. Orders will be shipped for free using USPS 2 day priority mail. After you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number within 5-7 business days. *Please expect shipping delays during these times. Thank you for patience as we navigate these times together.*

Candle Care

1. Say goodbye to large flames & excess soot: Trim your wick to ¼” before every burn. (If you notice a large flame after lighting your candle, this usually means the wick needs to be trimmed. No worries! just blow it out, trim your wick to ¼" and re-light!) 

 

2. Say hello to high performance & efficient burning cycles: The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the liquid wax covers the entire top of the candle. This will ensure even burning each time you light your candle. (In most cases, our candles will achieve an even melt pool after 2-3 hours of burning).
